i-Cybie is an electronic robotic toy dog. It was developed in 1999 and 2000, and released in 2001.

i-Cybie was made with the intention of competing with Sony's AIBO ERS-110 model, with a cheaper price. The Hong Kong company Silverlit built the prototype, and it was presented at the 1999 American International Toy Fair. Tiger Electronics bought the rights to i-Cybie in 2000, redesigning the prototype to look less like AIBO ERS-100 and more like a real dog. In 2005, i-Cybie was relaunched by Outrageous International Hong Kong with improved features, though the release was limited.
